ECT Container Terminal Rotterdam

ECT is the largest and most customer-oriented container terminal operator in Europe, handling most of the containers that pass through the port of Rotterdam. All year round, twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week, customers can call at the ECT Delta Terminal at Rotterdam's Maasvlakte along the North Sea or at the ECT City Terminal in the Eemhaven area, near the city center. Both terminals are optimally accessible from the North Sea in all weathers.





ECT also strongly focuses on the development of a network of inland terminals to facilitate optimum intermodal transport between Rotterdam and the European hinterland. Currently, ECT has terminals in Venlo (in the southeast of the Netherlands), Willebroek (Belgium) and Duisburg (Germany). All of ECT's terminals, both inside and outside of Rotterdam, are situated at the crossroads of visible container flows and invisible information flows.
